What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary contact for support tickets and provide ongoing troubleshooting for NetSuite-related issues
- Identify and resolve technical issues or errors in the NetSuite system promptly
- Perform integrity testing of system upgrades and development releases prior to migration to Production
- Assist in the development of dashboards and operational reports for teams and executives
- Stay updated on NetSuite industry trends, best practices, and advancements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
- Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP workflow and functionality of processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with saved searches, formulas, reporting, dashboards, custom fields, and forms in NetSuite
- Experience in providing support and troubleshooting for ERP systems
- Knowledge of tools like NetSuite Action Items and ServiceNow Case Management
