- Experience solutioning, and implementing back office systems with NetSuite or another ERP application package solution.
- Experience developing and maintaining client/server and/or web applications with a Relational Database backend
- Technical background, experience in system architecture, object-oriented design, web frameworks and patterns
- Ability to author detailed technical design/specification documents capturing workflow processes, technical use cases, exception handling, and test cases.
- Software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Proficiency in error resolution, error handling and debugging.
- Experience with IDEs, source control systems, unit-testing tools and defect management tools
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with XML/XSL and Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, REST, JSON)
- Functional, technical, implementation and leadership skillsExperience developing web applications using JSP/Servlets, DHTML, and JavaScript
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems
- Significant experience in NetSuite application systems consulting for a Software Vendor
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Products
- Consulting experience in common industry standard business practices of NetSuite ERP
- 10+ Years of solutioning with integration and coding experience
- Industry knowledge of Software, Services and Manufacturing

The Principal Consultant will be responsible for working directly with customers to document and validate their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality. In addition, the Consultant will work with the customer to customize NetSuite application to meet their business requirements. The Consultant will be required to conduct sessions with the customer over the phone or in-person, attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables. The Consultant will provide customers with as needed consulting and general assistance and be a 'go-to' resource for specific technical areas. The Consultant will be expected to contribute to the solutions repository/best practices and knowledge share activities at NetSuite.

Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
