What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and restore service for mission critical systems
- Provide Help/Service Desk support and Incident Management coordination
- Deploy changes to the production environment and engage with third-party providers
- Conduct analysis to resolve strategic issues and recommend solutions
- Proactively monitor system performance and identify operational improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of work experience in enterprise networking
- CCNA certification highly desirable
- Knowledge of IT operating processes and standards
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, and other networking technologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Cisco DNA, SDA, SDN, or SD-WAN
- Knowledge of Juniper and/or Checkpoint Firewalls
- Familiarity with network management tools such as SPLUNK and Cisco ISE
- Previous experience with Broadcom/Bluecoat Proxy or ClearPass/Forescout
- Understanding of WAN technologies and security protocols
