      • Network Architecture & Design: Develop and implement scalable and resilient network architectures for enterprise environments leveraging multiple network technology vendors (Cisco, Juniper, SD-WAN, etc.).
      • Advanced Troubleshooting: Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex network issues across route and switch infrastructure, working beyond Tier 3 support.
      • Technology Integration: Design and integrate advanced network solutions, including routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLAN, STP, LACP) to meet business requirements.
      • Performance Optimization: Ability to address performance issues and recommend tuning of network systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
      • Documentation & Standards: Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including design diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures. Develop and enforce network standards and best practices.
      • Security Implementation: Collaborate with security teams to implement and manage network security measures using Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls and other security appliances.
      • Capacity Planning: Perform capacity planning and network growth forecasting to support future expansion and technology upgrades.
      • Vendor Management: Interface with vendors and service providers to evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and services.
      • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams (e.g., server, storage, application) to ensure seamless integration and optimal network performance.
      • Training & Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers and support staff.

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
      • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in network architecture and engineering, with a proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale networks.
      • Certifications: Advanced certifications such as Cisco CCIE (Routing & Switching), Fortinet NSE 6 or 7, Juniper JNCIE, or equivalent are required.
      • Technical Skills:
        • Expertise in Cisco routing and switching technologies (e.g., ISR, ASR series, Nexus).
        • Deep understanding of Fortinet security solutions and FortiGate firewalls.
        • Extensive experience with Juniper routing and switching (e.g., MX, EX series).
        • Proficient in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLAN, STP, LACP).
        • Strong knowledge of network security practices and tools.
        • Familiarity with network automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible) is advantageous.
      • Soft Skills:
        • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
        • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
        • Proven leadership and project management skills.
