      Description

      To ensure success as a network engineer, you should have experience working with enterprise networks spanning multiple locations and possess some project management skills.

      Network Engineer Responsibilities:

      • Installing and configuring networking hardware. Often remotely with smart hands on site.
      • Creating and implementing network security measures.
      • Mentoring junior Network Engineering staff.
      • Conducting regular network performance tests.
      • Delegating networking maintenance tasks to junior staff.
      • Dealing with escalated network support issues.
      • Creating network status reports.
      • Completes all assigned AP training (such as CPR, OSHA, HIPAA, Compliance, Information Security, others) within designated timeframes.
      • Complies with Allergy Partners and respective hub/department policies and reports incidents of policy violations to a Supervisor/Manager/Director, Department of Compliance & Privacy or via the AP EthicsPoint hotline.

      Qualifications


      • Previous work experience as a networking engineer.
      • Advanced knowledge of network operating systems including Cisco, Meraki, and Fortinet.
      • Knowledge of networking hardware
      • Familiarity with communication and routing protocols.
      • Familiarity with network analysis tools
      • High level problem-solving and communication skills.
      • Minimum CCNA or similar certification required
      • Meraki ECMS1 Certification or Higher
      • CCNA
      • BA in Network Operations or similar
      • CCNP
