What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Level 2 technical support for data or voice network systems
- Monitor and audit network performance to ensure optimal functioning
- Document and update procedures related to network operations
- Configure and install network hardware and software infrastructure
- Collaborate with vendors and colleagues to implement services and manage costs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Data, Voice, or Converged Networking OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Data, Voice, or Converged Networking
- In-depth knowledge of networking technologies and protocols
- Technical skills regarding network routing, switching, and provisioning
- Experience with Cisco switching and routing (NxOS and IOS)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6-8 years of experience with enterprise network systems and troubleshooting expertise
- Certifications: CCNA, CCNP Routing and Switching
- Certifications in Wireless, Cisco ACI, Thousand Eyes
- Experience with Packet Aggregation (Gigamon)
- Familiarity with IPAM (Infoblox)
