      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage ticket entries and documentation in the ticketing system according to established processes
      - Conduct asset management to ensure accurate client inventory and device setup
      - Provide technical support including troubleshooting user accounts and managing client devices
      - Create and maintain documentation to improve overall efficiencies within the service desk
      - Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an enterprise service desk environment
      - Proficient in managing PCs, server support, and network configurations
      - Strong working knowledge of Active Directory and related technologies
      - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and travel as required by business needs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in a related field of information systems or technology
      - Experience in a Managed Services Provider environment
      - Familiarity with common MSP tools such as ConnectWise and N-Able/N-Central
      - Preferred certifications in Microsoft, A+, Network+, ITIL/ITSM, or related fields
      - Experience working in highly regulated industries such as financial or healthcare
