What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage tickets by entering notes and time into the ticketing system and ensuring resolution within service level agreements (SLAs)
- Assist in maintaining accurate client inventory through asset discovery and verification processes
- Resolve client maintenance issues, including anti-virus, patching, and firmware updates
- Provide technical support for client devices, including PCs, mobile devices, and software applications
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and assist in training new staff members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an enterprise service desk environment, preferably with a Managed Services Provider
- Strong working knowledge of Active Directory and client support for various devices
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing at all organizational levels
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and travel as required by business needs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree in information systems or technology, or equivalent experience of four years
- Previous experience in highly regulated industries such as financial or healthcare
- Preferred certifications in Microsoft, A+, Network+, ITIL/ITSM, Security+, or similar
- Familiarity with common MSP tools like ConnectWise, N-Able/N-Central, and IT Glue
- Experience with mobile device management and basic LAN/WAN network administration
