What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all facets of high-volume technical projects to ensure deliverables meet schedule, budget, and quality goals
- Facilitate regular meetings to review project status and report results for leadership updates
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans while coordinating multiple teams across functional boundaries
- Utilize project tracking tools to document milestone schedules, project issues, and overall completions
- Identify and resolve project-related issues that may impact critical deliverables and timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of project management experience in LTE RAN implementation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and achieve goals
- Proven experience managing multiple technical projects simultaneously and delivering on time
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and communication skills
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Wireless/Cellular/Telecom RAN technologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP Certification is desired
- Experience in project managing Macro and Small Cell implementation projects
- Experience developing and implementing process improvements for project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly in data management functions
- Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate non-direct reports in a team setting
