What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Educate, onboard, and reinforce training with new and existing providers on the care model
- Act as a liaison between network providers and local level leadership during inquiries and conflict resolution
- Conduct provider satisfaction surveys and follow up to gauge satisfaction with inquiry resolution
- Facilitate provider inquiry resolution and recommend process improvements based on feedback
- Assist local leadership with provider recruitment, contract requests, and monitoring the contracting process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer service or conflict resolution role
- Strong people-oriented skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent communication and educational skills for both virtual and in-person settings
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with healthcare service entities or in a similar environment
- Proven track record in conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with the PACE model of care or similar programs
