Job Title: Network Security Engineer
Location: Hybrid (Everett, WA or Beaverton, Oregon)

Required skillset:
Primary: ITAR, Zscaler-ZPA, ZIA- Zscaler Internet Access
Secondary: Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ASA, Cloudflare WAF, Zscaler Internet Access. Cisco Client and RSA Secure ID

Job Summary:

• Graduate with minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in cyber security support in the technology areas like Firewall Management, Proxy/URL Filtering, IDS/IPS, WAF
• Hands on product administration/management/L3/L4 level troubleshooting/reporting – Zscaler-ZPA, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto firewalls, Cloudflare WAF, Zscaler Internet Access. Cisco Client and RSA Secure ID
• Make sure candidate has implemented ZPA projects experience.
• Desired Process Certifications: ITIL V3 foundation
• Preferred Technology Certifications: CCNA, CCNA Security, CCSP, Palo Alto (ACE), Palo Alto (PCNSE) / similar protection
• Ready to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
• Team Management
• Good knowledge on handling Security related Domains
• Ability to hold the team in technical front during issues
• Strong reporting capabilities

Key Technical Deliverables:
Firewalls:

• Basic firewall requests/incidents/changes
• Create/modify firewall Rules
• Adding IP & services to the group
• Pushing firewall rules
• Troubleshooting connectivity related issues
• Version upgrade/patching firewall devices
• HA troubleshooting of firewall
• Major issue handling and critical/emergency changes

Zscaler:

• Install and configure the required policies
• Critical threat management and mitigation
• Device provisioning and deployment
• Advanced analysis of traffic performance issues
• Troubleshooting application related issues
• Triaging with vendor to isolate the issue
• Major issue handling and critical/emergency changes

Cisco Client

• Install and configure the Client device
• Install the patches
• Experience in posture, TACACS configuration and troubleshooting

RSA Secure ID

• Able to identify the issue when token assignment is not working
• Experience in the configuration of Radius profiles
