What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contact potential clients to screen them and gather necessary information for Social Security applications
- Maintain intake metrics per hour and ensure conversion rates meet or exceed department standards
- Utilize the Dialer System effectively, logging results of all calls
- Communicate efficiently with clients, coworkers, and management
- Complete various tasks as assigned by team leaders or department management, including returning voicemails and following up on packets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with standard office equipment and software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a customer service environment
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Download/10 Upload
