      Job Description

      New Grad Nurse Residency Program

      Now Accepting New Graduate RNs for our Nurse Residency Program.

      El Camino Health’s New Graduate Nurse Residency is accredited with distinction as a Practice Transition Program by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation

      RNs will be hired into positions primarily in the Medical/Surgical, Telemetry and Float Pool. May include other specialties.

      Program will begin September 16,2024

      Qualifications:

      · Graduate of an accredited nursing program within the past 18 months.

      · California RN License by 7/19/24

      · Current AHA BLS certification.

      · BSN preferred.

      All items listed below must be submit at the time of application

      1. Resume - As part of your resume, include a brief statement of your professional goal(s), a brief listings of your clinical rotations including a description of your Senior Capstone/preceptor project.

      . References - Must include 3 Letters of Recommendation – at least 2 must be from Nursing Instructors, the 3rd may be from either a Nursing Instructor or a Clinical Preceptor
      3. Copy of your
      final Transcript indicating date nursing degree conferred ( unofficial is acceptable)
      4.
      Certification(s) -AHA BLS required. Please include any additional related certifications (ie: ACLS, etc.)


      Please note all documents must be submitted together at time of application.

      Licensure – Should be submitted at time of application if available . Must have current, active, unrestricted California RN license no later than 7/19/24

      Salary Range:

      $75.45 - $75.45 USD Hourly
