      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and acquire new clients in the residential home builder market while managing existing opportunities
      - Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the V.P. of Sales
      - Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends
      - Develop and present compelling sales proposals that align with company objectives
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective execution of sales strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the residential home building or related industries
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts
      - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
      - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
