What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess an active real estate license
- Demonstrated success in real estate sales, particularly as a buyer's agent
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to outstanding customer service and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficiency with online technology platforms and CRM systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Licensed for 6 months or more, with 6+ closed transactions in the past year
- In-depth understanding of the new construction market and buying process
