What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft and file legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings according to New Jersey filing processes
- Assist clients with completing forms, maintaining confidentiality, and providing exceptional client service
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, answering phones, data entry, and calendar management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and ethical completion of case-related tasks
- Support attorneys by organizing case files and assisting in drafting and filing pleadings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, preferably in family law
- Proficiency in New Jersey filing processes (both electronic and manual) and legal document drafting
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with empathy and professionalism in client interactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong commitment to service excellence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in family law is highly desirable
- Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software
- Demonstrated capacity for enhancing efficiency in legal processes
- Strong interpersonal skills that contribute to a positive client experience
