What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop measurable objectives and goals for new business development aligned with the employer's strategic plan
- Build and maintain key industry relationships to enhance business opportunities
- Coordinate with R&D to align product development with customer needs using project management tools
- Create and implement testing protocols to validate product applications for customers
- Lead training initiatives for marketing team members and facilitate collaboration across business teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in operational, processing, technical, or related roles, preferably in lime and limestone applications
- Bachelor’s degree in materials, mining, chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Strong financial, business, and commercial acumen
- Excellent analytical, verbal reasoning, and communication skills at all organizational levels
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and French; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Experience in developing intellectual property assets and quality assurance programs
- Proven track record of successfully converting business relationships into opportunities
