Full-Time 3rd Shift Night Auditor.

POSITION PURPOSE : Embody the harmonious, discerning and modern mindset of the AC Hotels by Marriott® brand by greeting and registering guests and providing prompt and courteous service.

Pay Starts at $21 per hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Greet and welcome guests; check guests in and out of rooms.

2. Run audit reports/journals from the front office mainframe, the micros computer, and credit card system.

3. Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for next day operations.

4. Perform other duties and responsibilities asked by the Front Office Manager and Night Manager based upon department needs.

5. Answer guest questions and requests.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Knowledge of accounting operations to include all aspects, such as, accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc.

2. Basic mathematical skills; cash handling experience preferred.

3. Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner. Listening to the nature of concern, demonstrating empathy with the customer and providing positive and proactive solutions

4. Must have excellent telephone etiquette skills.

5. High school diploma or equivalent required
