      New Mexico Disaggregation Manufacturing Organization (NM DMO) is looking for an experienced Litho Process Layer Owner in Lithography to support development of world class manufacturing processes and support device pathfinding particularly in the foundry business. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated capability in delivering leading edge process capability, process yield analysis and improvement, and process manufacturability. Position will involve collaboration with cross-functional/cross-company teams and tool vendors to meet challenging program goals.

      Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

      • Establishing, maintaining, and monitoring process controls for the litho process layers.

      • Conducting litho process, equipment and material development evaluations and projects with equipment and material suppliers for best quality, effective cost and world class manufacturability.

      • Working effectively with litho process and equipment engineers to identify shortcomings, propose and evaluate process and possibly hardware modifications to mitigate issues.

      • Designing, executing and analyzing experiments necessary to meet engineering specifications for litho process layers.

      • Develop strategy to resolve difficult problems and establish systems to deal with these problems in the future.

      • Drive improvements on quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability/capability, productivity and safety/ergonomic over variables such as material, method, equipment, environment and operating personnel.

      • Developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tool.

      • Support process transfer and qualification to high volume manufacturing and providing support in new factory startup, including training of production/receiving process engineers in high volume factories.

      • Domestic and International travel, as necessary to support job responsibilities.

      • Demonstrated experience working with external and internal partners, including leading edge semiconductor equipment and/or materials manufacturers.

      • A fast learner, willing to adapt to the culture and the technology.

      • Must be flexible in accommodating changing priorities and working hours to support business needs.

      Full time onsite required during training, estimated 6 months. After training: hybrid “work from home” to be defined by manager and employee but continued onsite will be required.

      Qualifications:

      You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      Candidate must possess at least one of the following degrees; plus, the years of experience required for each degree in the areas specified below:

      • BS, MS or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry or an equivalent field

      • BS with 5+ years of experience in litho process sustaining and/or process development OR

      • MS or PhD with 2+ years of experience in litho process sustaining and/or process development OR

      • 10+ years of experience in litho process sustaining and/or process development

      This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
