      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-clinical positions, including Patient Coordinators and Front Desk Staff
      - Post job opportunities and track candidate activity using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
      - Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to meet the organization's talent needs
      - Distribute formal job offers and assist in onboarding new employees
      - Organize the Talent Acquisition events calendar and manage the employee referral program

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining compliance with required data fields
      - Well-developed team skills and the ability to handle sensitive HR issues with integrity
      - Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR partners to align on job specifications
      - Strong interpersonal skills and presence to effectively manage relationships
      - Proven ability to manage high-priority recruitment positions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within the healthcare or rehabilitation industry
      - Familiarity with job posting and candidate tracking processes in ATS
      - Experience in organizing recruitment events or job fairs
      - Strong understanding of compliance regulations in recruitment processes
      - Knowledge of current trends in talent acquisition and employee engagement
