What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support employee and department communications by consolidating inputs and maintaining distribution lists
- Assist with audits of human resources data by running reports and following up on necessary corrections
- Perform various personnel and clerical tasks related to employee records and employment
- Manage the employee recognition program by running reports on pending awards and ensuring resolutions
- Assist with process improvement, research, data analysis, and maintaining system documentation as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or Communications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suites, including Teams
- Experience with Excel functionality, including formulas and pivot tables
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy when working with data and reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of PowerBI and Tableau
- Relevant experience in a prior internship or other employment
