      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and update the GSI strategy and partner business plan for North America to meet pipeline and bookings targets
      - Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with GSI partners
      - Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations
      - Serve as the subject matter expert for field sales on joint solutions and marketing activities
      - Document partner activities and communicate outcomes and next steps effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in a high-tech environment, with at least 3+ years in indirect sales and partner management
      - Fluent in GSI partner business models and enterprise technology sales cycles
      - Proven ability to influence senior-level partner executives
      - Strong communication skills, both written and oral, including public presentation
      - BS or MS degree or equivalent military experience required

      - Data-driven approach with proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau
