What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate claims to determine liability, damages, and contribution potential
- Establish and maintain proper indemnity and expense reserves
- Deliver consistent customer service throughout the claims process
- Inspect physical damage of tractor trailers at the location
- Prepare accurate vehicle damage appraisals and negotiate claim dispositions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Two years of tractor trailer or auto appraisal experience
- Experience with computer software, including Microsoft Office products
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel extended distances with little notice

- Experience in heavy/specialty equipment terminology and construction
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Negotiation skills to influence management and stakeholders
- Acquisition and maintenance of Insurance License(s)
