NURSE AIDE TRAINEE - CLASS BEGINS IN SEPTEMBER 11TH, 2023

The CNA Training Program is 3 ½ weeks, Full Time, Monday through Friday, PAID training. $15.50 per hour! This program requires PERFECT attendance during the 18-day training.

Upon completion of the training and successful completion of the NYS CNA exam, you will be offered a CNA position. After hire as a CNA, weekend rotation is every other-weekend on both Saturday and Sunday.

CNA duties include:

• Promotes resident hygiene and comfort.
• Distributes food/water and feeds residents.
• Assists with repositioning and transferring residents.
• Ambulates and transports residents.
• Collects, measures, records; urine, stool and sputum specimens as directed.
• Records and totals fluid intake and output.
• Empties drainage containers and records amount.
• Weighs residents
• Applies elastic stockings
