      Job summary

      Are you a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Associate seeking a fulfilling opportunity to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of your community? We are excited to offer a permanent, full-time position for an experienced Nurse Associate starting as soon as possible.

      The post is 37.5 hours per week at our Swingbridge Surgery in Grantham, Monday to Friday, between 08:00-18:30.

      We are supportive of flexible working and welcome a conversation at the interview about arrangements that suit your lifestyle.

      You will be supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Youll work alongside GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, HCAs, and Phlebotomists, with additional support from our skilled managerial, administrative, and reception teams.

      As a Nurse Associate, you will provide high-quality care to patients, supporting the nursing team in delivering general practice services and assisting in the management of long-term conditions.

      • Assisting with cervical screening
      • Supporting contraception reviews and family planning services
      • Assisting with travel vaccinations
      • Supporting chronic disease management
      • Conducting dementia reviews
      • Supporting cancer care reviews
      • Health promotion and disease prevention activities
      • Supporting clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives

      Candidates must have experience in these areas to be considered.
