- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with an associate degree with seven (7) years of experience as an educator/instructor or RN experience OR BSN in Nursing plus five (5) years experience as an educator/instructor or RN.
- One (1) year of experience in a clinical environment.
- Valid Arkansas Registered Nursing license.
- Current BLS certification OR must successfully obtain certification within the first thirty (30) days of employment.
- A valid AR driver's license is required with current automobile insurance and a reliable car for moderate travel to LR occasionally and to surrounding communities (mileage reimbursed at the current sta te mileage reimbursement rate) if a state vehicle is not available—occasional out-of-state travel .
- A personal working cell phone is required .
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Educator to join our team in El Dorado, AR. This role will work closely with our ICHI projects to evaluate and assess health risk on program participants and patients seen on our mobile health units or community-based locations. Additionally, the Nurse Educator will be responsible for managing relationships with program participants and local organizations. The successful candidate will track program progress and timeline deliverables to ensure the goals and objectives of the project are met, while also ensuring that relationships with participants and institutional stakeholders are maintained throughout the project. They will engage in various activities such as outreach and participant recruitment, participant screening and assessment, health education, care coordination/service navigation, and community education/engagement. The Nurse Educator will play a vital role in tracking program deliverables through effective utilization of program management software and will proactively identify any barriers and ensure that all program objectives are met and data collection is accurate.
