What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and approve field sites and preceptors submitted on practicum applications to ensure compliance with course requirements
- Communicate with students to counsel and advise on Field Experience information, requirements, policies, and procedures
- Process and maintain student Field Experience files and applications
- Assist in developing communications about practicum experience policies and procedures
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to resolve student issues arising from the practicum experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in health or human services
- Active and unencumbered RN Licensure
- Experience in nursing with an understanding of clinical practice and organizational environments
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a health-related field
- Experience in academic advising or student support roles
- Familiarity with online distance-learning environments
- Experience working with graduate students in an educational setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
