Job Description

- Researches and sources candidates to fill open registered nurse and other clinical-based requisitions. Uses technology-based (including social media) search and sourcing techniques. Partner with marketing, communications, recruitment, and other leaders to develop an aligned social strategy.
- Creates and manages multimedia content related to sourcing and generating prospective candidate leads.
- Creates and participates in brand and reputation management, new or refined employment option launches and event promotion initiatives.
- Gives campus tours to prospective candidates.
- Acts as employment experience concierge through a candidate’s hiring journey.
- Establishes external relationships and maintains them through a customer relationship management database (CRM).
- Consults with hiring leaders to clarify specific job objectives, requirements, and preferences.
- Assesses campaigns and interventions. Provides reporting, data, metrics, and insights to key stakeholders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- Two years’ nursing experience
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
- Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
- Rare climbing.
