What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Nursing required
- Current Massachusetts RN License required
- Minimum of 5 years of oncology research experience required
- Current CNS certification granted by a Board recognized certifying organization, or relevant professional experience in oncology nursing specialty
- NP/CNS experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- OCN or AOCNS/AOCN Certification desired
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary collaboration across departments
