What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Demonstrate excellence in research nursing practice and optimize care for research subjects
- Plan and deliver education related to research and nursing to internal and external clients
- Provide expert consultation to colleagues to promote positive patient care and research outcomes
- Analyze clinical variables to assess the feasibility of clinical trials and their impact on patient care
- Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and research outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Nursing required
- Current Massachusetts RN License required
- Minimum of 5 years of oncology research experience required
- Graduation from a graduate degree program with a clinical practicum for CNS or equivalent experience
- Current CNS certification granted by a recognized certifying organization

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- NP/CNS experience preferred
- OCN or AOCNS/AOCN Certification desired
