What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with medical assistants and advanced practice clinicians in a call center setting
- Manage telephone calls ranging from routine inquiries to emergent situations
- Write prescriptions and interact with on-call physicians as necessary
- Access and utilize comprehensive patient information via the fully-integrated EMR system, Epic
- Provide advice and reassurance to parents during off-shift hours

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduated from a master's level state program and NLN approved NP program
- State licensure to practice in the expanded role as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- National certification and licensure as a PA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a preference for ambulatory experience
- Eligibility for DEA and Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and EPIC
- Strong triaging and clear verbal communication skills
- Proficient writing skills
- Ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays
