      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with a team of medical assistants and advanced practice clinicians in a call center setting
      - Manage telephone calls that range from routine to emergent, requiring prescription writing and interaction with on-call MDs
      - Access and utilize comprehensive patient information via the fully-integrated EMR system, Epic
      - Provide advice and reassurance to concerned parents calling during off-shift hours
      - Perform triaging and ensure clear verbal communication with callers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have graduated from a master's level state program and NLN approved NP program or a state approved program for Physician Assistants
      - Possess state licensure to practice in the expanded role and national certification as a PA in Massachusetts
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with ambulatory experience preferred
      - Strong triaging skills and excellent verbal communication
      - Proficient writing skills and experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and EPIC

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in pediatric care or call center environments
      - Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
