What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with medical assistants and advanced practice clinicians in a call center setting to provide patient care
- Manage telephone calls that may range from routine inquiries to emergent situations, including prescription writing
- Utilize the fully-integrated EMR system, Epic, to access comprehensive patient information
- Provide advice and reassurance to concerned parents during off-shift hours
- Perform triaging and ensure clear communication with patients and their families

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from a master's level state program and NLN approved NP program, or a State approved program for Physician Assistants
- Possession of state licensure to practice in the expanded role as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts
- National certification and licensure as a PA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with ambulatory experience preferred
- Eligibility for DEA and Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or telehealth environment
- Strong triaging skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR), particularly with EPIC
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
