What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with a team of medical assistants and advanced practice clinicians in a call center setting
- Handle telephone calls ranging from routine to emergent, potentially requiring prescription writing
- Access comprehensive patient information via the fully-integrated EMR system, Epic
- Provide advice and reassurance to concerned parents calling during off-shift hours
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from a master's level state program and NLN approved NP program
- State licensure to practice in the expanded role for Nurse Practitioners or completion of a State approved program for Physician Assistants
- National certification and licensure as a PA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required, with ambulatory experience preferred
- Eligibility for DEA and Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong triaging skills and excellent clear verbal communication
- Proficient writing skills and strong computer skills
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and EPIC
