What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations of patients
- Diagnose and treat patients via telehealth appointments, managing approximately 8 appointments per day
- Prescribe medications and therapies, and order/interpreting laboratory tests and procedures
- Maintain continuity of care and document all patient interactions and treatments in medical records
- Participate in quality improvement and research initiatives relevant to patient care

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree from an accredited nursing school or Physician Assistant program
- Current license as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Illinois, or as a Physician Assistant
- Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by a national certifying body approved by the Illinois Department of Regulation
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
