      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct thorough physical examinations and obtain detailed medical, social, and family histories
      - Diagnose acute and chronic conditions and develop individualized care plans
      - Prescribe medications and treatments as needed while ensuring continuity of care through regular follow-ups
      - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and coordinate referrals to additional services or resources
      - Maintain accurate patient records and report changes in patient conditions to appropriate healthcare providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in nursing or a bachelor's degree with completion of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program
      - Licensure as a Physician Assistant or certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a current BLS or ACLS certification
      - Minimum of 1 year of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) experience
      - Current ATLS/PALS provider status as required by the department
      - Ability to evaluate patients' living conditions and social determinants of health
