• Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification.

Physician Assistant:

• Master’s degree
• Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio
• Certificate of Authority to practice is required.

Nurse Practitioner:

• Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree
• Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio.
