What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct care, counseling, and teaching to designated patient populations in various settings
- Perform complete histories and physical examinations
- Order, interpret, and evaluate appropriate laboratory and diagnostic tests
- Develop appropriate plans of care and follow-up based on diagnostic findings
- Maintain high-quality documentation, including admission and progress notes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Nursing required
- 2 years of licensed nurse practitioner experience required
- Must hold Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) state license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Must be willing to be licensed in NH in addition to current MA licensure

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience working as an NP/PA in primary care strongly preferred
- Strong Epic experience preferred
- Comfort in triaging pediatric patients
