What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 3 years of Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts and New Hampshire required upon hire
- Strong emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for patient care
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a remote team setting

- Experience in digital healthcare delivery or telehealth services
- Familiarity with diverse patient populations and community health needs
