What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide virtual consultations for non-urgent issues and manage chronic disease care
- Handle routine prescription refill requests and manage patient messages through the EHR
- Review incoming lab results and initiate follow-up actions as necessary
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure timely patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay updated on clinical practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- 0-1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts & New Hampshire required upon hire
- Ability to take medical histories and interpret findings
- Strong communication skills to establish effective relationships with patients and staff

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Ability to maintain quality control standards and react calmly in emergencies
- Experience with telehealth practices and EPIC EHR functionalities
