What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide virtual consultations for non-urgent issues and manage chronic disease care through telehealth
- Handle prescription refill requests and respond to patient inquiries through the electronic health record (EHR)
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and care plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in Massachusetts and New Hampshire
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to establish effective working relationships with patients and medical staff
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record systems
