What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct the development and coordination of the clinical research program at the assigned entity
- Enhance the translation of evidence to practice for quality patient care

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorally prepared nurse with a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Willing to enter into an accredited Nursing PhD program within 2 years of hire; PhD preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in academic or clinical research
- Strong clinical background and effective relationship management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical packages, with excellent analytical skills

- Experience in leading research studies within a healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills, including scientific and technical writing
- Familiarity with research regulations and Institutional Review Boards
- Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
