What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Document resident interactions and communicate changes in conditions to nursing staff
- Provide psychosocial support and assist with meals and dining experiences
- Support residents with mobility and exercise through safe transfer techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of living areas and assist with wellness programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Minimum age of 16
- 3 months of previous experience in Long Term Care required
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Satisfactorily complete yearly competency testing and maintain continuing education credits

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
- Enrollment in a CNA training program or in the process of obtaining certification
- Certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry, if applicable
