What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding, and dressing
- Engage with residents to promote purposeful and fulfilling daily experiences
- Complete 80 hours of training to prepare for the Certified Nursing Assistant examination
- Participate in classroom and online study sessions as part of the training program
- Successfully pass written and skills competency evaluations for registry placement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must remain enrolled in a nurse aide training program with full attendance
- Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English
- Completion of independent study within the allotted timeframe
- Passing the written and skills competency evaluation within four months from the date of hire
