- Nursing associate degree
- The post holder must be a Nursing Associate registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. They are required to act within their professional boundaries, whilst working alongside qualified nurses to deliver individual treatment packages with an emphasis on collaborative care.

The role of the nursing associate will be an essential part of our practice team who provide the full range of NHS primary medical services.
Main duties of the job
You will be working alongside our friendly and patient focused clinical and management teams, providing an essential support function and delivering the best care to all our patients. You must work with autonomy and a high degree of confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, empathy and tact.

About us
We are a supportive partnership at the heart of our local community in north Luton near to the Luton and Dunstable Hospital, with a dispensing branch surgery in Harlington village.
The practice currently has 5 GP partners, 2 salaried doctors, 2 nurses, healthcare assistants and a mental health liaison worker. We are a training practice that aims to deliver quality general practice and develop new models of care for our practice population.
