What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as part of the Clinical Team for Person Centered Services
- Design, implement, and present trainings as needed
- Review and analyze data and trends
- Assist with crisis intervention and incident management
- Provide education on medical issues and concerns to individuals and their families

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of OPWDD experience
- Strong computer knowledge
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities, chronic disease, and social determinants of health
- Ability to engage people with behavioral health needs
- Knowledge of confidentiality regulations/HIPAA
