Gain hands-on experience, exposure, and training while working on ambitious projects and expanding your knowledge relevant to your area of emphasis.
Experience never-before-seen technologies and the latest software and hardware developments.
Pair up with a mentor to help guide you through summer and meet new people while working in small groups.
You are currently a first-year (class of 2027) or second year (class of 2026) undergrad pursuing your bachelor’s degree at a four-year university in the United States in either of the following:
Hardware/Software: CS, CE, EE, Mathematics, or related fields
Business Operations: Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
Creativity and problem-solving mentality; willingness to develop new skills; ability to adapt to new experiences
The desire to learn new concepts and tools in a growing and evolving workspace
Passion for diverse work assignments and enjoy the opportunity to try innovative approaches to overcome challenges
Ability to develop relationships across a wide array of partners and build support for our core mission
Extra-curricular interest in technical fields is a plus!
Enrolled in courses in computing and engineering, specifically geared towards HW basics
Basic knowledge of one of the following programming languages C, C++, Python, Perl
Demonstrated initiative to learn about technology, computers, artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, robotics, parallel computing, etc.
Fundamental knowledge of MATLAB
Basic knowledge of one of the following CAD Skills: Catia, SiemensNX, Solidworks Creo
Understanding of VLSI design, computer architecture, computer arithmetic CMOS transistors, and circuits
Basic knowledge of Verilog/VHDL
Background of modern GPU API’s (CUDA, OpenCL)
Enrolled in courses in computing and engineering, specifically geared towards SW basics
Basic knowledge of one of the following programming languages C, C++, Python, Perl
Demonstrated initiative to learn about technology, computers, artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, robotics, parallel computing, etc.
General understanding of data structures and algorithm time/space complexity
Understanding of mathematical fundamentals, including linear algebra and numerical methods
Foundations of the computer memory model (disk, memory, caches), CPU and GPU architectures, networking, numeric libraries, and modular software design
Knowledge of high-performance computing
Familiarity with operating system concepts (threads, process control, memory/resource management, virtual memory, etc.)
Marketing:
Ability to write creative and short-form content, and a solid understanding of how to write for your audience
You’ve built & optimized websites for yourself or others
Familiarity with creative, multimedia, and web development processes and file formats
Finance:
Strong understanding of Excel and knowledge of financial ERP systems
Previous exposure to financial planning, analysis, modeling, and forecasting
Basic knowledge of FP&A calendar, monthly/quarterly/ annual forecast, and close processes
Human Resources:
Meticulous organizational skills and the ability to maintain and accurately track data by program and event in various systems and platforms
You have an eye for finding efficiencies and enjoy working with larger teams to address big projects
Fluency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR systems
