      The selected candidate will work closely with the Senior Oakley Business Brand Manager and wider marketing team to implement brand plans as part of the local business strategy and in line with the global brand guidelines. Their primary responsibility will be to the Oakley brand but they will also lead the Brand management of Costa Del Mar and support with Bliz. They will work across all product categories including eyewear, goggles, helmets, apparel, lenses, and accessories. In addition, they will remain in close contact with the Oakley salesforce, ensuring product information dissemination across the region, managing the ordering and delivery of showroom samples and collecting feedback.

      Main Responsabilities:

      Reporting into the Oakley Business Brand Manager, the candidate will support in planning, developing, and managing brand marketing and activation plans including:

      • Supporting in planning and delivery of the brand marketing calendar

      • Leading communication flow of global brand plans to the local Trade Marketing team and salesforce

      • Overseeing and supporting brand strategy execution (in-store and online) across the distribution

      • Ownership of Trade Marketing budgets and invoicing processes

      • Management of special catalyst projects such as limited-edition product launches and brand collaborations

      • Monitoring of TradeUp Forecast/allocation process for Massive Seasonal tools ensuring that budgets are efficiently spent, deadlines are met and tools properly allocated

      • Managing the production and delivery of digital communications 2

      • Presentation of new collections to customers and internally to staff

      • Filtering and disseminating product information to local sales teams

      • Supporting salesforce in creation of customer assortments

      • Plan and implement projects aimed at growing sales and maximizing customers’ performance and sales teams productivity

      • Conducting research and market insights

      • Collecting and consolidate product feedback for global product teams across all categories.

      • Ensuring full understanding of product segmentations throughout the salesforce.

      Network of Interaction:

      INTERNAL : Contact will involve many stakeholders. They will be expected to have a close working relationship with sales and Marketing teams including the Oakley Business Brand Manager and Sport Channel Sales Director. An Oakley intern will report into the role. They will communicate daily with the independent and key account sales teams as well as marketing functions

      EXTERNAL : Close contact to customers in region defined by the Oakley Business Brand Manager.

      Our Candidate:

      • Prior experience in brand management (3-4 yrs)

      • Prior experience in a sport industry is preferable

      • Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team player, able to develop productive relationships with teams across multiple business functions • Management experience preferable

      • Flawless attention to detail and organised

      • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, often under time pressure.

      • Budgetary and invoicing experience.

      • Presentational skills – creating and presenting strategy, activation programming

      • An analytical approach needed for reporting on category performances

      • Takes an active interest and has an excellent understanding in competitors/ influential sports brands and the products and approach they have • Being an active team member - creating internal and external business partnerships, showing a willingness to share ideas and actively supporting other members of the team and other company functions.

      • A passion for creativity and commitment to staying up to date with current and future technology

      But Also:

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)

      • Excellent computer literacy with a good understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

      The position will oversee the UK & Nordics Market based in our London EssilorLuxottica Offices, all of our employees are elegible for an hybrid working scheme and full remote work will not be considered.
