      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and implement the Obsolescence Management Plan and host quarterly Obsolescence Meetings
      - Author the bi-annual Obsolescence Summary Report in compliance with DND requirements
      - Conduct Obsolescence Risk assessments to prioritize investigations and develop resolution strategies
      - Perform Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) analysis, including maintenance task analysis and life cycle cost modeling
      - Foster relationships with industry partners and stakeholders, including DND and the RCN

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree in Engineering or Technologist Diploma in relevant fields, or certification in specific technical trades of the CAF
      - Minimum of four years of demonstrated experience performing ILS activities within the last 10 years
      - Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to meet federal government requirements for accessing Canadian government facilities
      - Willingness to travel occasionally for work-related duties

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with Integrated Logistic Support analysis methods
      - Knowledge of technical standards and specifications related to defense systems
      - Familiarity with the Canadian Armed Forces and naval operations
      - Proven ability to author technical reports and documentation
      - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
