- Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow
- Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule initial service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- 3+ years of telesales experience with proven track record of hitting sales quotas
- 3+ years of cold-calling and/or telemarketing experience
- High level of PC knowledge to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to make 200+ phone calls per day

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Strong math skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
